Hello all. Well shut my mouth. The building has been sold to SRO. Now the city of Los Angeles and the State of California are ironing out the differences on what to pay the people in the Downtown Los Angeles hotel. I have heard something from 3000 to 14000 dollars. Depending on how long you have lived in the Downtown Los Angeles hotel. I obviously hope for 14000 but I doubt that will happen.
