Let's talk about Millie. Millie is the manager of our hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. However she is also a serious gambler. She has a huge problem with gambling. She always has those scratchers. She buys those things by the ton. She probaly spends about 20 dollars a day gambling, now some of you are saying "so what" she has 2 kids to feed and lives in an apartment. She doesn't make that much money. Do you know how many peoplebuy lottery tickets in our area. Alot. I mean alot. You see people trying to win it big. With scratchers that are ridged not to let you win.
