downtown Los angeles 7-31

Hello all. Well it is quiet in my building. In our downtown los angeles building, I want to tell you guys what is happening. They will not rent any more rooms out. You know why? They want to sell it so naturally if people are living there they have to give you a paycheck to leave. If the government buys the Downtown L.A. building they have to pay the residents of the building to leave, and find a new place. So, obviously if there are a few residents in the building, then they do not have to pay them to leave. Smart move, but one question if they do not sell the building for 1-2 years how are they making money on it. To me it is a dumb move, because the renters pay off the mortgage every month.
