no more money 7-20

This week I learned a very valuable lesson. Don't loan anyone money. I loaned this guy in my building money, and he said he received his check. Guess what happened, he told me to "bleep off". Well, another day in paradise. The next day he came to me and said sorry. I have to forgive him, but not loan him anymore money. Also, he says he is going to pay me back.
