Also he will be able to say "I cleaned up Skid Row in Los Angeles". How interesting is that. Then when he runs for Governor of California in 2010, he will be able to say all of the wonderful things he did in Los Angeles as Mayor. Yet he sacrifices people going out into the street to do it.
