Hello all. Well check this out. I was reading in the www.downtownnews.com newspaper yesterday that some buildings that have lofts in them are giving away cash and even cars. Mini-coops they call them. You see I told you they would not sell. I hope none of them sell. When you mess with the poor look what you get. SCREWED!. I am so happy they are not selling. I wonder where Los Angeles's Saviour is on this point. Villagoraisoa. I am not hearing too much from him about this. You would move into an "overpriced studio" at least that is what I call them. Well it isn't looking good for Downtown Los Angeles and it's economy. One thing Downtown Los Angeles is is overcrowded. Hey remember once you sign on the dotted line. You are responsible for the payments and that is when if you are late. The landlords have no compassion or mercy, and will stick it to you. Remember this advice not just now, but later on. They will stick it to you in late fees, and all kinds of other fees.
