Hello all. When it rained the other day the ground in Downtown Los Angeles Skid row was filthy. The rain cleaned the air, however, you should have seen how much dirt was on that ground. For hours in Skid row Los Angeles the ground was brown just going into the sewer. The streets were filthy and the sewers were clogged up. Now another storm is on its way.
