Oh by the way the guy was pushing a shopping cart and he was mentally ill sources say. This story is not unusual 1st the hospitals throughout Los Angeles county start 'patient dumping' and now this. Oh by the way since the new Los Angeles crackdown on the homeless initative. The Los Angeles Police Department has written 11,000 jaywalking tickets in one year. Los Angeles city officials have been trying to crack down on skid row since 2 years ago. This first of all is a waste of taxpaying money, because the L.A. homeless don't have the resources to pay for the ticket. So as a result the Los Angeles homeless have to let the ticket turn into a warrant and then turn themselves into the Los Angeles Police Department. Who are they targeting they are trying to hit the homeless, and slowly get them out of the Downtown Los Angeles skid row area. Well I am pretty ticked about that, but oh well life goes on.
