Downtown Los angeles Intro to the truth 8-29

I am sick and tired of people in my building asking me for money. Some dude asked me for some money last night, knocking on my door. Another thing happened there is this guy in my building who is in a wheelchair and he is a stubborn as a mule. He asks for help and then screams when you don't do it the way he asks to do the thing he asked. Last night I needed 3 hands at the same time to do the task he asked me to do. He is so stubborn he will not ask the city of Los Angeles health care to send over a helper to help him, and trust me he does qualify. If you need help ask for it. But he needs help and he won't ask. He can not move his legs which is sad, but his legs have puss and other fluids coming out of him. I wonder about the Los Angeles health care system, this guy was shipped out of the Los Angeles county hospital with a statement of "good bye, good luck", and he needs alot of medical care, and he doesn't have it. Beware of the Los angeles county health care system they need alot more of training when they send a sick man like him out of there like that. Well bye.
