Downtown Los Angeles Intro to the truth 10-3

Hello all. Well I have no neighbors now. My next door neighbor (the one that liked to scream at the walls) has moved. Anyway, they are now looking at the Ford Hotel to buy it. The Rosslyn Hotel wants 14 million dollars to purchase it. SRO said 'that is not going to happen' you see SRO wants to buy 10 hotels for 50 million dollars, however, they did not compute that the Rosslyn hotel would ask for so much. Now they want the Ford hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, however, the Ford is listed as 'substandard housing' and anyway, the DOwntown L.A. hotel is listed at 6.5 million dollars which I don't think the SRO wants to pay that. Now the owners of the Downtown Los Angeles Ford Hotel are asking for 6-7 million dollars. I don't know if SRO will pay that. Well I don't know what is going to happen. If I worry that will not do me any good right.
