Why don't the LOs Angeles Police Department arrest the drug dealers, we need laws like they have in Nevada. If you get arrested in Nevada. You are going to Jail and staying there. If you arrest someone and they are out on the street the following week, what good have you done. Now if you arrest someone and they are in Jail for 2 or 3 months, then you have done something.
