Downtown Los ANgeles Intro to the truth 10-7

Hello all. Why do they even bother building the lofts here in Downtown Los Angeles, they want too much money for them. You see they want to make Downtown Los ANgeles a 'a hip place to go to go' well it still looks like a ghost town to me. Some of these lofts they want $500,000 for them. With interest at 6% that will amount to 1.4 million dollars. Do you have 1.4 million dollars to spare. If so give it here. Let ask you something would you really pay that for that Loft. I wouldn't. The good news is that home prices are dropping, wil these prices drop though? I don't think so.remember the dude who had the lofts has to pay back the loan he or she (equal oppurtunity) took out to pay for the construction of these lofts in DOwntown LOs angeles. Well you get what you pay. I think this might be a reprieve for some of the people in Downtown Los Angeles for now. I hope it stays that way.
