Hello all. My finances are doing ok right now. I have someone helping me by me cashing their checks for them. You see if you are honest, what that gets you. I could have ever heard, he said "EGO=Easing GOd Out". I like that. He was a drunk, but he said some very wise things. Hello all. Well I have been blessed with some extra income lately. A dude in my building is 90 years old, and he needs help with someone cashing his checks. He fell down and could not get up for 3 days. Someone went into his room and robbed him. That is just sickening. Who would rob a 90 year old man. If I find the guy who did that I will kick his ass. Hello all. On Saturday, they had a christian event down the street from the Ford Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. They tried to cheer the people up, but I don't think that worked. Handed out a few things like blankets, and sushi. It just doesn't look like Christmas in my neighborhood. People strung out on drugs, you know what we need in that neighborhood isn't money. It is hope. I hope and pray that someone brings that to Skid row in Downtown Los Angeles. You see in my neighborhood in Downtown Los Angeles, everyone preaches Jesus. Hello all. I am amazed at how much traffic there is in Downtown Los Angeles. At 4pm in the afternoon, it is tough to just go a few blocks. I am serious dude. That is another problem in Downtown Los Angeles, there are alot of cars here. It is extremely smoggy. Anyway, the building has been sold, however, I don't when the paperwork will go through. Hello all. Now that all the hype is over let's forget about the poor in Downtown Los Angeles again. The missions are slowing down now. The Los Angeles Police Department is back to cracking the nuts of the homeless again. You know writing tickets for jaywalking, bothering them at 6 a.m. in the morning, as usual. However, when someone is getting robbed, you can't find a single police officer in sight. Well, our neighborhood in Downtown Los Angeles is slowly going back to normal as usual. The good news is there seems to be less drug dealers out earlier in the morning. Whatever the Los Angeles Police Department is doing seems to be working in that area. However, it is all for a reason, to make the Mayor of Los Angeles look good when he runs for Governor of California. He'll say "Look I cleaned up Skid Row in Downtown Los Angeles". Hello all. Have a safe and happy thanksgiving to all. In Downtown Los Angeles, they will have all thanksgiving dinner for all of the homeless. Here is what I call stupidity at its best. You say why? Here the Mayor of Los Angeles and some actors show up to say "let's do a good thing and feed the homeless", while the Mayor continues to put the homeless into a small shoe box of an area. It would be better for the Mayor to say "screw the homeless" then to be a hypocrite, and say "let's help them". Once I heard and actor say"well my plans got cancelled", because his plans got cancelled he decided to feed the homeless. That is stupid. Hello all. Still no word on if the building has been sold. To my knowledge it hasn't. Anyway, check this out, over the weekend. I went to the california emergency relief something, otherwise called CERT. This will look good on a resume and it will teach me how to save lives, in an emergency situation. The program usually costs 1000's of dollars. We received the training for free. We (400 other church members) and I. How cool is that the Lord is good. They in CERT are teaching us how to handle emergency situations and how to handle fires, and other cool things like that. The purpose of CERT is in case of an emergency and no help is arriving for a few days. You the CERT trainee will be able to help out people in that situation. I was told we may get a 5 block radius to take care of. In case of such an emergency. Anyway looks pretty good on a resume, and it helps others as well. Hello all. No news on if the building has been sold yet. Anyway, they are now trying to clean up Broadway avenue in Downtown Los Angeles. How by trying to put in businesses that will make it look cool. The new Nokia Theater just opened next to the Staples center here in downtown Los Angeles. It looks pretty nice. I like the strategy. The Staples center primarily hosts sporting events, such as basketball, hockey, etc. This new Nokia theater is a new live entertainment place where people can see performers on stage, who to me don't cut the mustard. You see you need an area where people can go and relax, and catch a good show. However, in the process you need to kick out the poor, and those that don't have any money. That is our society now. Oh you're poor. Go away. Well why can't people use common sense in Los Angeles and stay home and the show on Dvd. You can after all rent it on Netflix now. That is only 9 dollars a month.
