Anyway, the Los Angeles police department is going by all of these shopping carts where people have their stuff, and now they are cracking down on those people. Do you see the strategy first we put all these people in one tiny area, then we crack the whip, and then we start enforcing all kinds of petty rules against them. And give them fines of course.
